Please detach the Registration Form attached at the end of this prospectus. Carefully complete all required details in clear and accurate handwriting, and submit the duly filled form to the school office on or before the specified date.
ATTACH ORIGINALS
Please submit the original documents along with their photocopies. (Original Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate will be retained by the school, while other original documents will be returned after verification and attestation, if requested.)
FEE PAYMENT
Parents or guardians of the selected candidates are required to collect the fee book from the school office, complete the payment within the specified due date, and submit a copy of the fee receipt to the school office as confirmation of payment.
